1.Payment must be made within 4 days upon receipt of the ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

2. Payment through Internet Banking or the ATM to our POSB Account only .Bank detail would be stated in our ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

3.Ayeworkshop reserves the right to cancel the orders without prior notice should payment not be received within 4 days

4. NO REFUNDS , CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGERS ARE ALLOW ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE & ITEMS SENT.

DELIVERY (SINGAPORE ONLY)

1) BUYER WILL BEAR POSTAGE CHARGE
2) Local Mail: MIN. $1.00 to $3.35 ( Depending on weight ) -- Normal mail
3) An Additional $ 2.24 to be added on top of normal postage rate for mailing via Register Mail.
4) Registered Mail is highly recommended.
5) Ayeworkshop will not be held responsible for any lost mails -- Normal mail.

We will deliver outside singapore through major courier service- price to be advised

When will I receive the item?

Custom made item will be mailed within 5-8 days*( *production time ) once payment has been received or date shown on the "ORDER CONFIIRMATION EMAIL

Note: Style A, B, C - production time approx. 3-5 days
Style D - production time approx. 5-7 days ( coming soon )
